Sole
Sole is Fiorella Bertino’s most recent chapter: the first to carry her full name, after years spent searching, across Langa, Roero, Colli Tortonesi and Oltrepò Pavese, for the style that today identifies her everywhere.
The design tells the territory before the words do. The waves on the label are not a decorative motif: they are the profile of the hills as seen by those who walk through them every day, between the rows. And then there is the sun, a colored dot that changes with each wine: terracotta for Nebbiolo, red for Merlot, blue for Barbera, olive green for Chardonnay and Arneis, pink for Rosé, turquoise for the Oltrepò’s Pinot Grigio. Because every vineyard has its own light, and every wine tells it in its own way.
It is a line meant to be recognized at a glance, yet drunk with the same care as always: verticality, freshness, zero shortcuts.

Dry, lively and fruity when young. Soft and velvety after bottle ageing, with delicate notes of violet.
Merlot
Selected grapes, macerated on the skins: delicate yet characterful, fruity and floral, with notes of rose and cherry.
Barbera
Piemonte DOC
Intense ruby colour, dry taste and fruity aroma. Improves in the bottle, where it can age for several years.
Piemonte White
Chardonnay Oak
A synthesis of opulence and elegance: oak ageing reinforces structure and complexity without losing balance.
Arneis
Langhe DOC
Straw yellow, with a nose that captures the delicacy of fruity notes and white flowers. Fresh and dry on the palate.
Rosé
Pale petal pink with bright highlights. Aromas of redcurrant and rose petals, closing with lively acidity and subtle minerality.
Oltrepò Pavese
Pinot Grigio
Oltrepò Pavese
Floral and fresh notes, citrus and jasmine on the nose. Intense, full flavour, with a slightly bitter finish.
